The Retreat is at capacity with 30 students. (6 rooms remaining and some have 2 beds per room).

7:15 - 9:00 pm ~ Welcoming circle & Yoga and Meditation with Karina and Michelle
10:00 pm ~ Soaking pools close
Saturday:
7:00 am ~ Soaking pools open
8:30 am ~ Breakfast
10 -11:30 am ~ Yoga & Meditation with Karina and Michelle
11:30 - 1:00 pm ~ Free Time
1:00 pm ~ Light lunch / Free Time
3:30-5:00 pm ~ Yoga with Karina
5:00 pm ~ Free Time
6:00 pm ~ Dinner
7:30 - 9:00 pm ~ Movement Meditation with Michelle

Items to consider to bring for the weekend Retreat & Hot Springs soaking:
If you own any of the yoga props listed below, please bring them to the retreat. We will provide props for everyone that needs them!
Yoga Mat, Bolster, Two Blocks, Strap, Eye Pillow, Blanket, and Sandbag
Personal blanket or shawl for warmth in meditation and savasana
Waterbottle or thermos
Swimsuit & robe
Outdoor slip on shoes for soaking pool and indoor slippers
Comfortable clothing for movement and resting
