During each yoga session, Karina offers frequent adjustments to ensure proper alignment in every asana (posture), optimizing each student's yoga practice. Her background in Physical Therapy informs my approach, from offering modifications for injuries and chronic pain to tailored support for enhancing your yoga postures.
Each student will be provided a Yoga Mat, Bolster, Blanket, Strap and Two Blocks.
If you have your own mat or yoga props to bring to Boulder please let Karina know in advance.
In this two part workshop, Paula with guide you in finding your own creative visual language as you make brushes and mark making tools with simple natural materials.
Using natural inks made from walnuts, oak galls, black beans and avocados, you will create layered expressive marks on your paper that will become your own concertina style art journal.
